If the item you received differs significantly from its description or has an obvious flaw, follow these steps to suspend your order and request a refund:

After receiving delivery notification, you have 6 days to report an issue and request a refund (per our policy).
1. Contact Customer Service for a solution
Discuss return and refund options with us. We can:
- Refund you without returning the item, or
- Ask you to return the item for a refund.
If you don’t want a refund, you can cancel the request and complete the order by selecting “Cancel and keep the item.”
2. Return the item and receive a refund
Select “Return the order” to see your options.
You can:

Use an integrated shipping method with our partners
- Select a courier and get your shipping label or code.
- Return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Return the order on your own with a tracking option
- Provide a valid tracking number.
- Include a photo of the item in its packaging.
- Include a photo of the shipping label (showing tracking number and names of sender and recipient).
Once the shipping method is confirmed, you must return the order (you cannot change your selection or cancel the refund request).
If no integrated shipping methods are available, you will need to arrange shipping yourself.
Package the order
Properly package the item for a smooth return. Ensure it is returned in the same condition as received (unwashed and unused). Include all original items (receipts, tags, protective covers).
Return deadline
Once you request a return, you have 10 business days to ship the package. If not shipped within this timeframe, your refund request will be closed.
Receive your refund
You will receive the refund once we have received the returned order and confirmed everything is in order.
The refund amount includes the item price, buyer protection fee, and shipping costs you paid to receive the order.
