In-Store Pickup Options

In-Store Pickup: Once you receive an email confirming your order is ready, you can go to the selected store. Look for the designated counter to collect your online purchase. In-store pickup is free.

Stop&Go: If you prefer to collect your product without leaving your vehicle, check if the chosen store has a Stop&Go point during checkout. After receiving the readiness email, park at the marked Stop&Go spot in the store’s parking lot, notify us via the intercom with the same logo, and we’ll hand over your order.

To pick up your order, show your ID or, if someone else is picking it up, provide a completed authorization and a photocopy of your ID.

Click&Go: The fastest way to collect your order without waiting or contact. If your product dimensions allow, we’ll prepare your order for pickup at our Click&Go lockers in stores. Once ready, you’ll receive an SMS with a code to collect your order. Enter the code on the locker screen to retrieve your order. The SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided during checkout.
