Some products require scheduled delivery due to size and weight. You can update the scheduled delivery date and time for orders that haven't started shipping from My Orders in My Account.
To change the scheduled delivery date:
- Go to My Orders and find your order.
- Click on View or Edit Order.
- Click the Edit button under Shipping Methods.
- Select a new date and time on the calendar.
- Click Confirm.
Note:
- Large product deliveries require an adult signature, depending on the selected delivery options. An adult is anyone over 18 years old.
